FAQ's

 

How do I place an order online?

It is very easy to order from Phone Depot. In order for us to process your order you have to create an account with us, which is straight forward. You can create you account here.
Then you simply add the items you require in your shopping cart by clicking on the “ADD TO CART” button whenever you see an item you would like to buy.
Placing an item to your shopping cart does not commit you to buy it as you can remove it at later stage. You can review the contents of your cart at any time and once you are happy with your order, go to checkout, choose your payment method and pay for your purchases.

What payment options do you accept?

You can use number of payment options to pay for your order:

Cash

This payment is only available in store only.

PayPal

Simple click on checkout and choose to pay with PayPal and follow the instructions.

Debit/Credit Card

We currently accept Laser, Visa, Master, Discover and American Express Cards. Choose to pay with PayPal at checkout
and enter your details at Don’t have a PayPal account section.

Postal Order

We accept postal orders from An Post only. Please send your postal order along with your Name, Surname and Order Number to:

Cheque

We accept payment by cheque, which is subject to clearance (usually 5-7 working days). Please send your cheque along with your Name, Surname and Order Number to:

Western Union

We also accept payment by Western Union. You can send the payment from your Western Union local office or online.
Please wait for our email with the details within 24 hours of your order.

Bank Transfer

Bank Transfer payments are welcomed. You will receive email from us within 24 hours with our bank details.

How will my order be delivered?

 All orders will be dispatched by registered post provided by An Post within 3-4 working days subject to payment verification and stock availability.
You will receive an email with tracking code. You can track your order here.


Can I collect my order from your premises?

Yes, after the payment confirmation, you are welcome to collect your order at our premises, which is located at 2 the Mall, Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland.
Our working hours are Monday-Saturday from 09:00 till 18:00

 

How does shipping costs?

Delivery costs just €1.95 for orders up to €14.99, €3.95 for orders from €15.00 up to €49.99 and €5.95 for orders over €50.00.
Free delivery for all orders over €400.00. All postal chargers are applicable in Republic of Ireland.
Additional charge will apply for the orders outside Republic of Ireland.


What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all the countries, subject to payment verification and additional postal charge.

 

How long will delivery take?

The delivery normally takes 2-3 working days within Republic of Ireland; times will vary for other countries.


What is the phone grading?

All our phones are new unless otherwise stated. “Refurbished” items are also sold and they are fully tested.


What is the new item?

New item is a brand new, unused item, which comes with box, manual, charger and earphones (if any).


What is refurbished item?

Refurbished item is a second hand item, which was fully refurbished to a new-like condition and comes with charger only.


How can I return a purchase?

We only accept returns if the item was defective/faulty. In order to return your item you should return the item along with completed return form,
available here, and original invoice to Phone Depot, 2 the Mall, Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland. Please note that you are liable for all delivery charges that may occur. T&C apply.


Faulty product. What’s next?

If you found that your item is defective/faulty, you may return it along with completed return form, available here, and original invoice to
Phone Depot, 2 the Mall, Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland. All returned goods will be tested either by phonedepot.ie technical staff or
the manufacturer or their authorized repair agent where appropriate.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to same payment method you used when you originally paid for your order within 30 days of receiving an item.
If any returned goods are found not to be faulty, we reserve the right to charge delivery and administrations costs before returning the item.


I want to order something that is not currently in stock.

We try to keep sufficient stock levels but from time to time we might temporary run out on certain products. Please contact us to get an estimated delivery date of the item.
